During the Bio methanation process two more byproducts are also generated in addition to BIOGAS. One is the solid organic fertilizer, and the other is the liquid fertilizer. In conventional model anaerobic digester these two byproducts are combined and formed as slurry. The separation of water content from the slurry is not an easy process. So in small and medium sized Anerobic Digester's it is not economically profitable.

Through years of incessant research and development, Enviran India has improved pre digesters capable of treating all types of easily and slowly degradable materials. The treated waste that is eliminated from the pre digester is in the form of solid manure. For enabling this purpose specially designed filters are incorporated with the pre digesters.

The solid Bio Manure / Organic fertilizer generated from the pre digesters can be utilized as a very good fertilizer for all crops. To popularize the use of organic fertilizer generated from Anerobic Digester's s, ENVIRAN INDIA has given wide publicity and the organization is conducting competitions among the public frequently. After collecting from the plants it is being packed in different volumes and sold to the public. There is very good demand from the public for the regular supply of bio manure. Through the sale of organic fertilizer the beneficiary can recover a part of the project cost.

Another byproduct is the liquid fertilizer discharged from Anerobic Digester’s after treatment process. A part of this treated liquid is reused in the next day's operation of the Biogas plant to replace the use of fresh water, through a specially designed slurry loop system. The nutrients available in this liquid fertilizer will be absorbed by the biogas plants very easily. It is generally known as a tonic for all biogas plants due to the rich presence of nutrients. The interest of public for the utilization of liquid fertilizer for their manure applications is increasing day by day. For creating quick awareness among the public, ENVIRAN INDIA is conducting kitchen garden cultivation competitions for the farmers who are using liquid fertilizer regularly.
